Wedding Details

Is there a dress code?

We will be having a traditional church ceremony and ask that suits are worn by those comfortable doing so. The reception to follow will be outdoors on grass, so beware of skinny heels that may sink into the ground! Mid-late October usually has agreeable weather, but be somewhat prepared for elements!

Where should we park for the reception?

You are welcome to drop off family and friends directly at the reception and then park close by in the free parking located on front street. Additionally, there will be transportation shuttles arranged going from The Beaufort Yacht Basin (103 Cedar Street) to the church and back to the reception for out of town guest. The first bus will depart at 3:50 to St. Andrew’s Church. The last bus will depart at 4:10. Everyone else is welcome to park in The Beaufort Yacht Basin parking lot where a bus will take you to the reception location if you cannot find convenient or close parking to the reception. You’re welcome to also ride on the bus from the church to the reception location.

Are children allowed?

We love your kids, we really do. We want you and them to be a part of our big day. That being said; the reception takes place right along a sea wall that drops down to rocks, barnacles, and strong currents. We will not have provided supervision so their safety is a concern. If you plan on bringing your child shoot us a message so we can be sure to have everything needed on the property for the little ones!

Will dinner, drinks, and dancing take place?

You betcha. We’re restaurant people after all. If you have any severe dietary needs we’ll do our best but may not be able to assure no cross contamination. Get excited for some cocktails, delicious wine and bubbles, as well as hoppy and crispy fresh beers. And dancing, of course.
